Well, believe it or not, it’s only one more week until Glasgow schools break for the summer. And, if you haven’t already started, now would be a good time to start planning your activities. A few Google searches and you will be sure to come up with a wide range of choices. The most popular in Glasgow include:
* Kelvingrove Gallery and grounds
* Victoria Park (or any of the various parks throughout the City)
* Gallery of Modern Art (it’s funny how kids seem to engage with this more that traditional galleries!)
* Almond Valley (if you fancy a drive out to Livingston)
* Strathclyde Country Park
But If you get stuck for ideas, why not check out http://www.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/ – it’s a fantastic resource that lets you chose from a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. You can also search by age group which is doubly helpful.
But if you fancy a simple morning or afternoon out, that will keep the kids happy and active for a couple of hours and won’t break the bank, then you know you can rely on Jungle in the City… we have ample play spaces, costumes, books and games – including the ever popular Giant Football, as well as plenty of space for adults to relax and unwind.
We also have a healthy options cafe and new ranges of balloons, costumes and affordable gift items – so you can be sure of a great day!
We look forward to seeing you…
